A reading room for the things you do not want to lose.
Because the internet forgets. Posts are deleted, accounts close, platforms shut down, search results decay. We wanted a single, slow place where a sentence written in 2026 will still be readable in 2056 — even if its author, the company and the service are long gone. Solana keeps the ledger; we built it a reading room.
Each quote is an instruction recorded directly in the Solana ledger. The text, the author wallet and the timestamp are inside the transaction itself. Validators worldwide hold redundant copies. As long as the network runs, the quote remains. quote.memorial is a reading interface, not the storage. If we vanish, the data stays.
The chain cannot forget. The site can refuse to show. If a quote violates the Rules, we hide the text behind a notice — but the author wallet, the timestamp and the transaction signature stay visible. Anyone can read the original record on-chain directly. We never claim a text was 'erased' — that would be a lie.
